Exmouth today is Perfect!

It does not get much better than Exmouth and the Ningaloo Reef today! The temperature is around 27 – 29 deg, the water is aqua blue and calm, the sun is shining and the breeze is gentle.

On days like this I like to take in an early walk along the town beach to check out the shells and pebbles. Then home for breakfast, then off to Bundegi Beach for a gentle soak of the sun and maybe a swim (too cold this morning for me though!). A couple of chapters read from my book then home for lunch.

We then went to Learmonth Jetty not far from the Learmonth Airport and dropped our line to see what we could catch. Nothing! But we had done really well yesterday with Exmouth crabs and some yummy Spanish Mackeral. So not complaining.

Just getting ready for a beer and some left over cold fish for nibblies, then Exmouth Bugs in garlic butter tonight for dinner!

Sorry…I hear it is cold and wet in Perth today!

Hi Helen, I love this entry. You are right-Perth is really cold this winter. Lucky that the spring has come and it is not long before our hit to Exmouth. Hope your cleaner has got back to you about our booking about cot and highchair. It has been so long to wait for this feedback. If you can’t get it,please let me know.Thanks.

    Hi Fay,
We have had some of the nicest beach weather in a long time. If you get into the right spot (out of the wind) you can read your book all day in the warm sunshine, and dip into the turquoise waters whenever you feel like it. There have been great viewings of turtles and coral fish and the waters are still warm enough for the odd Whaleshark.
The cot does have a mattress, I apologise for the delay. IT just slipped through my radar! Who could blame me with all this sunshine around! See you soon Fay in glorious Exmouth.x
