The very popular “Block” homes in Exmouth were originally used to house senior ranks of the American Forces that were situated in the town. What they may lack in style, they certainly make up for in practicality. They are cool as cool in summer and if there is a stronger breeze blowing outside you would never know it, they are solid! Marlin is a wonderful family home, fully fenced to keep children in and surrounded by lush gardens with lizards and nature to explore. The owners love Exmouth and fishing, so the driveway has plenty of room to park boats and cars and of course there is a fish cleaning station ‘out the back’. The home easily accommodates 8 people, or two families with a couple of cars/boats in tow. With two separate outside entertaining areas, one being enclosed, this house is for family fun.
