One of those unique homes with two separate wings to house our guests.  This home has three pods. The main living, kitchen and dining comprises one pod. The other two areas are the sleeping and bathroom arrangements. Each wing has two bedrooms and one bathroom with toilet. The bedrooms have a queen bed in one room and a bunk bed in the second room. The bathroom has a large shower, a separate toilet and single vanity. Then there is also a very large laundry which has a top loader and big second fridge. Sailfish is newly renovated, with great kitchen and awesome cooker. Plus all this is wrapped up with a front and rear verandah, undercover parking, and side access with dual parking (great for parking up the boat). Perfect two family house and it is so close to town you can walk in minutes.
