Situated in the established part of Exmouth, this is one of the original Norwester style houses. Being a Norwester it sits high on stilts and thought to be quite a bit cooler in summer due to the increase in airflow. With it’s polished floorboards, funky art, and contemporary furniture, this is a fantastic choice for a holiday home.

The major feature of this home is the very private enclosed tropical palm garden off the wrap around verandah, which has a trickling pond and abundant birdlife. French doors open out onto the verandah from one of the main bedrooms.

This is a very well maintained home with everything you could possibly need. Best suited for couples and adults, or families with older children due to the presence of the pond.
