Situated in the established part of Exmouth, this is one of the original Norwester style houses that the Americans lived in when they were custodians of the town. Being a Norwester it sits high on stilts and thought to be quite a bit cooler in summer due to the increase in airflow.

The major feature of this home is the very private enclosed tropical palm garden off the wrap around verandah, which has a trickling pond and abundant birdlife. French doors open out onto the verandah from one of the main bedrooms.

This is a very well maintained home with everything you could possibly need. Best suited for couples and adults, or families with older children due to the presence of the pond.
