How We Operate…Join Us!

Like you, we own a holiday house in Exmouth. And like you, we take great pride in how our house looks and we care about the experience that our guests have whilst staying at ‘our house’.

I call it ‘our house’ because we want to be active in the operation of our holiday rental, we want to know the good and the bad feedback, and we want to retain a certain level of control over how it is managed. If this sounds like you, you may want to join us.

We are a co-operative of independent home owners who property manage our own homes.

Basically Ningaloo Reef  Holidays operates as a booking agency. You tell us what dates you would like to ‘sell’ for holiday rental and we sell them at an agreed price. You are welcome to stay in your home at any time, you are welcome to rent your own home to friends and family at any time. We are happy to fill in the gaps for you.

We work in close communication with our home owners to make sure that the correct tariff is given, the home is in the best possible condition and the guests booked are ‘best’ suited to your property.

At the end of the month we pay your rental directly into your bank account minus our commission. Simple.

We are all about honest open communication, getting the dates booked that you want to sell, and doing it as simply and efficiently as possible.
